1 sprig of curry leaves
4 tbsp thinly sliced shallots or onion
15g Baba's fish curry powder
salt and sugar to taste
1. Saute shallots until slightly golden brown.
2. Add the curry leaves and curry powder, and continue to cook until fragrant.
3. Add the prawns and stir fry until prawns are half-cooked.
4. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes until the prawns cooked through.
5. Season to taste with salt and sugar.
6. Serve with steamed rice.
