Kelp Soup
Ingredients:
2 pieces dried kelp
pork ribs
1 tbsp wolfberries
6 dried oyster (soaked in water)
6 cups water
Seasoning:
dash of salt
Methods:
1. Soak dried kelp in water until soft, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Scald pork ribs with boiling water.
3. Bring the water to boil.
4. Pour the water into slow cooker, add in all the ingredients and cook on "High" for 4-5 hours.
5. Seasoning with salt then serve hot.
