Ingredients:
1/2 leek (thinly sliced)
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
light soya sauce
Methods:
1. Beat eggs until blended and mix in salt, pepper and leeks.
2. Pour in egg mixture and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly brown.
3. Drizzle light soya sauce.
4. Serve hot.
