1 piece shark fish (cut into pieces)
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil
1. Marinate the shark fish with white pepper, salt, sesame oil and 1 tsp cornflour for 15 minutes.
2. Coat well with cornflour before deep frying the shark fish.
3. Deep fry until golden brown then dish up.
