Sambal Pineapple

3/4 pineapple (cut into small pieces)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
30g dried shrimp (chopped)
3 red chilli (chopped)
salt and sugar to taste
100 ml water

1. Blend dried shrimp and red chilli into a pulp.
2. Saute garlic until fragrant.
3. Add in the blended mixture and stir fry at low heat until aromatic.
4. Increase to high heat and add in pineapples. Stir to mix well.
5. Add in water, cook until pineapples are softened.
6. Add salt and sugar to taste.
