Steamed Fish With Olive Vegetable
Ingredients:
fish
shredded ginger.
1 tbsp olive vegetable
Methods:
1. Fry the shredded ginger until golden brown then set aside.
2. Rub the fish with salt.
3. Place 1 tbsp olive vegetable over the top of the fish.
4. Steam for 10-15 minutes and serve hot.
5. Garnish with fried ginger and coriander leaves.
